The choice to design and implement this app is to have a customizable, accessible and easy to use base, to be able to respond with a low cost to some small businesses and freelancers who may need to have a space to share data with their customers. For example, let’s take the case of a personal trainer who, as a result of the pandemic, began to provide his services online and for reasons of scope maintains this modality. Having a space in which to have a list with categorized exercises accompanied by explanations can be a help to prepare the routines of their clients and offer a better service. It could be equally useful for a dance school or any sport with defined exercises, such as calisthenics. It could even be applied to sports such as swimming or athletics, proposing technification exercises. We could also apply its use to other sectors such as education, or use it as a service directory and portfolio for companies. We will define it in the research phase.
