Thus, the main objectves of this paper will be the localizaton and the spatal analysis of the Bilbao shelters from the republican period (1936-1937) both in a global context and in a more specifc way: district by district. For this aim, it will be necessary to the use historical documentaton, oral memory and cartography Bilbao, Arqueología contemporánea, Guerra Civil, QGIS, MultdisciplinariedadBilbok, Estatuko beste hainbat hirik bezala, Gerra Zibilaren hainbat aztarna mental zein fsiko gordetzen ditu. Azken honen laginetako bat lurrazpian dauden babesleku antaereoen kopuru esanguratsua izango litzateke. Horrela, lan honen helburu nagusiak garai errepublikarreko (1936-1937) babesleku bilbotarren lokalizazioa eta analisi espaziala egitea dira, hauek testuinguru global zein espezifko batean kokatuz: distrituz distritu. Horretarako, dokumentazio historikoa, ahozko memoria eta garaiko kartografa anitza uztartzea beharrezkoa izango daBilbao es una de las muchas ciudades del estado donde quedan innumerables huellas tanto mentales como fsicas de la Guerra Civil. Una muestra de esto últmo sería el importante número de refugios antaéreos que permanecen en su subsuelo. Así, los principales objetvos del presente trabajo serán la localización y el análisis espacial de los refugios bilbaínos de época republicana (1936-1937) tanto en un contexto global como desde una forma más específca: distrito por distrito.
