El trabajo de fin de máster se centra en explorar el mundo de los sueños, el miedo y analizar cómo representan las vivencias de la parálisis del sueño otros artistas. El objetivo es encontrar las formas de arte más adecuadas para aumentar la conciencia y comprensión de esta condición. Se busca dar voz a nuestras experiencias personales de manera empática, a través de la investigación artística, y lograr una representación auténtica, siendo esta solo posible por medio de las artes. Además, el proyecto busca eliminar el estigma asociado a este fenómeno y hacerlo más comprensible para el resto de la población, evitando confusiones con experiencias paranormales o sobrenaturales. (EN) This Master's thesis aims to address sleep paralysis from an artistic and human perspective. This experience can be distressing, with sensations of strange presences or hallucinations. The Master's thesis focuses on exploring the world of dreams, fear, and analyzing how other artists depict the experiences of sleep paralysis. The objective is to find the most suitable forms of art to raise awareness and understanding of this condition. The aim is to give voice to our personal experiences in an empathetic manner through artistic research and achieve an authentic representation, which is only possible through the arts.
