Descrição
Resumo:Along this article we will study how important it is the non-linguistic information transmitted at any communicative situation. In fact, the information sent or received through linguistic means is always affected by the information transmitted using other vehicles different from language, vehicles which may reinforce or even contradict what the linguistic message says, adding information to the message. For this reason, foreign language teachers must take into account that the students will use both verbal and non-verbal means, when using the second language, in order to communicate, depending on their age.
