| Sumario: | [EN] In the present work there are exposed the principal juridical, conceptual aspects, modalities, scope and reasons relative to the infantile prostitution in Brazil. The study of the legislation shows the existence of tools to attack the situation of risk of the minors, but different environmental, social and economic factors do that it turns out to be insufficient to solve the problem. The situation of the minor reaches highly worrying levels in relation with the sexual exploitation and the situation of social exclusion in the one that takes place, influencing of very negative form the future of the same ones. A major social conscience is needed to avoid the above mentioned situation and a rigorous application of the legislation, as well as social programs of rehabilitation of the minors who have suffered the above mentioned situation. |
