The arbitration resolution that is analyzed partially estimates the claim filed against the cooperative and establishes the amounts that it must pay them as reimbursement of their contributions to the cooperative’s social capital, within a period of five years, from the date on which that the expulsion of the plaintiffs from the cooperative occurred; Este trabajo tiene por objeto el análisis del Laudo arbitral número 3/2023, dictado el 2 de febrero de 2024, por BITARTU, Servicio Vasco de Arbitraje Cooperativo- SVAC, en el que se plantea como cuestión litigiosa la impugnación de las liquidaciones practicadas por una Sociedad Cooperativa a los demandantes, que reclaman el reembolso de las aportaciones que realizaron en su momento al capital social, tras su expulsión y baja como socios cooperativistas.
