| Sumario: | [EN] This architectural project tries to solve the needs of a part of the youth motivated by a lack in their reality of everything that one needs. To develop into a phase in which the future of each person’s future life is headed. The first of these needs is to offer its own space, and in this case, it is the outskirts of Valencia, specifically the Fonteta de Sant Lluís, an area that has been punished but that it is full of opportunities. Therefore, the following is a reflection that constitutes the proper foundations of this project, trying to get to the root of the problems and propose solutions. That serves as the seed of hope and enthusiasm for all involved. Firstly, the needs of the young people involved in this project will be analysed. Secondly, the Fonteta de Sant Lluís will be explored from the reflection and then from town planning. To conclude with a joint review to clarify the motivations of this project. |
