Replication data for: Reduced solar radiation limits phenolic compounds accumulation and extends anthocyanin synthesis in colored hull-less barley grains

This study explores the phenolic compounds accumulation and anthocyanin dynamics under different shading treatments (15 days period or continously shading until harvest) applied 15 days after heading over two consecutive seasons in three different barley genotypes with different color (yellow, purpl...

Descripción
Sumario:This study explores the phenolic compounds accumulation and anthocyanin dynamics under different shading treatments (15 days period or continously shading until harvest) applied 15 days after heading over two consecutive seasons in three different barley genotypes with different color (yellow, purple and black). Anthocyanins were measured during grain filling in four selected grain maturity stages (milky, softy, physiological maturity and harvest)
