Sumario:A simple model that captures nonlinear memory effects inwideband amplifiers is presented in this work. The model defines anequivalent hypothetical load impedance that explains asymmetries, inmagnitude and phase, in two-tone IM products, showing good corre-spondence with measurements. It helps to understand the intermodula-tion distortion dependence on modulation bandwidth.
