Se ha llegado a la conclusión que el método que mas agudiza las diferencias existentes es por tintura a 100°C, en presencia de un carrier a base de O-fenil-fenol y se han seleccionado dos colorantes: C.I. Disperse Blue 79 de elevada detección y C.I. Disperse Blue 56 de elevado poder cubriente con el fin de dictaminar si en un poliéster determinado se producirán barrados de tintura, y si dichos barrados pueden evitarse con una adecuada selección de colorantes dispersos. Se ha comprobado que el método de valoración visual con la Escala de Grises, para cuantificar los barrados, presenta una buena correlación con la medición instrumental de las diferencias de color según la fórmula ANS (40).On a étudié une méthode de teinture de laboratoire et la sélection de colorants de dispersion appropriés, afin de détecter les rayures qui peuvent se présenter dans la post-teinture du polyester, à cause de différences de structure produites par des variations dans les conditions d'obtention de la fibre et du post-traitement, préalable à la teinture. On est arrivé à la conclusion que la méthode qui aggrave le plus les différences existantes est celle de la teinture à 100°C, en présence d'un carrier à base de O-phénil-phénol et on a sélectionné deux colorants: C.I. Disperse Blue 79 à détection élevée. C.I. Disperse Blue à 56 couvrant élevé. dans le but de rapporter si dans un polyester déterminé il se produira des rayures de teinture, et si ces rayures peuvent être évitées à l'aide d'une sélection de colorants de dispersion appropriée. On a vérifié que la méthode d'évaluation visuelle avec l'échelle des gris, afin de quantifier les rayures, présente une bonne correlation avec la mesure instrumentale des différences de couleur selon la formule ANS (40).A method of laboratory dyeing has been studied as well as the disperse dye selection for detecting the skittteriness that may be caused in the polyester afterdyeing, owing to structural differences caused by variations in the conditions of obtaining the fibre and aftertreatment, previous to dyeing. We arrived to the conclusion that the method that most aggravates the existing differences is that of dyeing at 100°C in presence of a carrier based on O-phenyl-phenol and two dyes have been selected: C.I. Disperse Blue 79 with high detection. C.I. Disperse Blue 56 with high cover. with the aim of estimating if it will appear skitterines in a determined polyester, and if this skitteriness can be prevented by a correct disperse dye selection.
