This thesis developed a PET-based methodology using [89Zr]Zr-DFOadalimumab to analyze biodistribution and pharmacokinetics in murine models of inflammatory bowel disease, uveitis, and rheumatoid arthritis, administered intravenously, subcutaneously, and intravitreally.
