Sumario:Following an extensive archaeological excavation programme in the episcopal centre of Egara, the project continued with the graphic documentation of the Sant Miquel building and an analysis of its construction features. The application of photogrammetric documentation and laser scanning techniques has provided new elements for reflecting on a building that has been almost completely preserved and whose chronology leads us to question a series of stylistic apriorisms in the study of Hispanic Visigothic architecture. The building’s morphological characteristics also link it to the artistic and archaeological tendencies of the Byzantine Mediterranean.
