Peste des Petits Ruminants Virus (PPRV) modulates caprine dendritic cell function and induces immunosuppression through IL-10 upregulation [Dataset]

These data include the flow cytometry, microscopy images, quantitative PCR, and plaque assays results used for the above-mentioned article. It contains flow cytometry staining of goat dendritic cell surface markers and microscopy images of cells. It also contains analysis of dendritic cell function...

Descripción
Sumario:These data include the flow cytometry, microscopy images, quantitative PCR, and plaque assays results used for the above-mentioned article. It contains flow cytometry staining of goat dendritic cell surface markers and microscopy images of cells. It also contains analysis of dendritic cell function through flow cytometry assays, such as phagocytosis assays, mixed lymphocyte reactions (MLR), T cell proliferation using CellTrace Violet, intracellular cytokine staining (ICS), and conjugation assays. Dataset also includes quantitative PCR for transcripts of cytokine genes in goat dendritic cells after infection with PPRV.
