Sumario:[EN] Research on prosocial trends or motivations, empathy and gender differences in adolescent victims of warlike conflicts and lawbreakers is still very much in its incipient. This paper analyses comparisons between prosocial motivations, empathy and gender differences in a group of 203 male and female adolescents, lawbreakers and victims of the armed conflict, aged between 16 and 19. It is a study of non-experimental design, cross-sectional and comparative scope. The measure of prosocial trends - Revised - (PTM-R) and the index of interpersonal reactivity (IRI) were used. It was found that the complacency prosocial trend had the highest score and the public prosocial trend the lowest. In empathy, perspective taking had the highest average. It was concluded that there are significant differences between men and women, regardless of the type of crime committed.
