| Resumo: | The aim of this study was to design and validate an instrument to validly and reliably measure the job satisfaction of sport coaches and its different dimensions: safety, promotion, pay, extrinsic factors, and work conditions. First, a content validation through consensus and agreement of six experts was undertaken. Secondly, the questionnaire was applied to a sample of 45 sport coaches and the reliability was calculated through the application of a test-retest, in an interval of two weeks. The results indicate that the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire to Sport Coaches has acceptable levels of reliability and validity, and it offers sufficient guarantee for evaluating job satisfaction |
