Sumario:[EN] The purpose of this Final Thesis is to identify and examine the success factors for a well-functioning e-commerce business and challenges within the fashion industry with a focus on B2C e-commerce fashion companies with international sales. The main research questions this work will respond are: 1) What are the successful factors and opportunities for e-commerce business within fashion industry? and 2) What are the challenges/barriers related to e-commerce fashion industry is facing and areas to improve? A literature research will be deploy with a twofold purpose. First, to provide understanding of e-commerce in fashion retail and its development and, second, to study, from an academic perspective, which are the successful factors and challenges in ecommerce business within fashion industry. Based on that, the theoretical framework will be defined. The data needed for the analysis will be obtained from interviews with relevant companies, observation and case studies. Results will analyse the data with the goal of discovering useful information, for conclusions, supporting decision-making.
