| Sumario: | [EN] The presence of the height difference between the street and the property means that the retaining wall is replaced by the house itself. This was a very influential factor in its design. The ground floor maintains the idea of a painted wall, and the upper floor, separated by a slit window, is more connected to and oriented towards the property. These are two independent superimposed volumes, with very different façade construction systems and finishes. Below, the white wall is defined by the entrance and garage doors, storage rooms and installations. Above, the main living area is located, a structure of stone and bush-hammered concrete. Between the two, the staircase plays with the materiality of both and the entry of natural light. |
