| Sumario: | This thesis deals with the concept of the comfort zone in business. Through interviews with major employers in western Mexico and the study of profiles of prominent figures at the international level, it analyzes the factors giving permanence and prosperity to a business. Based on the findings, it formalizes a proposal to counteract the risk zone of conformism that is eventually faced by entrepreneurs around the world, and that can only be overcome by relying on virtues, habits and practices observed in management and corporate governance. |
