| Sumario: | This article presents the process followed and the results of three pieces of research centred on the work integration of people with disabilities in regular environments through employment with support. The aim of the three pieces of research is to get to know the burden that the various elements (family, training, labour environment, personal resources, etc) place on the integration process. In this way, guidance aimed al improving the development of these processes could be proposed.First, the three pieces of research are presented (methodology and result), which stress the argument for elements of continuity that justify their proposal and sequential desing. The first part concludes with the presentation of the main factors that, based on the studies carried out, have a bearing on the improvement of the processes of labour integration for people with disabilities. Finally, the conclusions look at future lines of research that emerge from the studies carried out. |
