Descripción
Sumario:Doctors can diagnose diseases by checking our health constants, such as blood pressure, body temperature, blood oxygen saturation or heart condition with an electrocardiogram. There are IOTs devices, as wearables, that measure some of these health constants and provide a history of health data, which could help doctors to detect illness even before patients have symptoms. Data must comply with data protection regulations, such as GDPR, and at this work its security, privacy and availability have been analyzed, both for existing systems and new ones based on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). Is argued the suitability of the Hyperledger Fabric framework for deploying distributed applications, whose requires the processing of large amounts of data privately, and with the ability of sharing them, either with the doctor or anonymously with researchers. It's also explained the design of a wearables health constant monitoring application solution, as well as the development of a basic concept test and a test plan that has validated its execution on Hyperledger Fabric. A decentralized application that requires processing large amounts of data, with privacy and GDPR compliance, is viable with Hyperledger Fabric, which has great developer support and is vendor independent.
