| Sumario: | This article studies digital literature as a reality that has changed the way of reading and writing and the relationship between the author, the reader and the text. The communication channel has been transformed and has enabled new forms of literary creation and dialogical debate around the literary fact. One of these new ways is the app Wattpad , which has created a community of readers and writers who write and talk about literature. Specifically, this article analyses the poetic creations of these young readers, the characteristics of their poetry, the resources they use, the comments of the readers, the language skills they display, and how this cultural exchange improves the literary competence of Wattpad users and by extension digital literature users. |
