Sumario:In this research we explain the work of educational networks of schools from the perspective of collaborative work between teachers and schools. To do this, we provide assessment and trajectory of such networks, as well as contributions made by advisors teachers centers on organizational improvements and development. The data collection was carried out through semi-structured questionnaires and individual, from a narrative and descriptive methodology be based on a qualitative research approach. It has been used to study the data analysis program called qualitative MAXQDA 10. The sample was made up of 10 advisers teacher centres in the province of Seville. The main results and conclusions allowed us to know the implementation and development of these emerging networks through the creation of working groups, based on the needs arising in practice and education agents most commonly involved, the teamwork possessing experience and human and material resources they use. From this study, it appears that the primary goal of these movements is to exchange experiences and plan educational organization and management models through a collaborative work
