Replication data for: Acute effects of FIFA 11+ warm-up on skin temperature in male and female amateur soccer players

This dataset contains the thermographic and asymmetry data collected from 120 amateur soccer players (60 males and 60 females) before and after performing the FIFA 11+ warm-up protocol. Skin temperature (Tsk) was measured in multiple regions of interest (ROIs) on the anterior and posterior lower lim...

Descripción
Sumario:This dataset contains the thermographic and asymmetry data collected from 120 amateur soccer players (60 males and 60 females) before and after performing the FIFA 11+ warm-up protocol. Skin temperature (Tsk) was measured in multiple regions of interest (ROIs) on the anterior and posterior lower limbs using a FLIR T540-EST infrared camera following the standardized ThermoINEF protocol. The Excel file includes sheets for mean, maximum, minimum, standard deviation, and asymmetry values (absolute and neutralized). All participant identifiers have been anonymized. These data were used in the study “Acute effects of FIFA 11+ warm-up on skin temperature in male and female amateur soccer players”.
