Sumario:Transparent Conductive Oxides (TCOs) are materials which combine a very low absorption in the visible range of the electromagnetic spectrum with a moderate electrical conductivity. Among them, gallium oxide ( -Ga2O3) is one of the widest band gap semiconductors (almost 5 eV).
