Resumo:Concept maps are a useful tool to organize and represent knowledge. On the other hand, complex networks allow us to evaluate the embedded structure in systems that are formed from multiple-interrelated elements. Focused in the practical framework and based on two preliminary evaluations (one subjective and the other following a rubric) we present an evaluation methodology for concept maps that relies on its conversion to complex networks. In the topological analysis we look for common patterns that have a relation within the statistical signature of the maps and its received punctuations. The results suggest that the obtained indicator helps us to assess analytically a concept map considering that its content is accepted as meaningful by an expert of the topic.
