Descripción
Sumario:Given the marginality of the non-communitarian immigrants in Spain, the limitations of a legal-political approach are considered. The analysis of the immediate daily environments reveals the subjects’ different ways of social and institutional legitimation, which respond to differentiated logics of social reproduction. Three modalities of recurrent benefits in the present vulnerable context are compared: formal organizations, organized networks and interpersonal aids. The ensemble demonstrates the complex intersection between legal and paralegal logics, private and public spaces, the practices of adhesion and the risks of dissafiliation, and between diverse forms and degrees of recognition.
