Micromorphological characterization and lithification of microbial mats from the Ebro Delta (Spain)
The structural organization of microbial mats from the Ebro Delta (Spain) and their accretion and partial lithification processes were explored using scanning electron microscopy in back-scattered electron mode and low-temperature scanning electron microscopy.
