Descrição
Resumo:In this research, a prepulse inhibition task was carried out in which subjects were treated with a psychostimulant, methylphenidate (MPH), acutely and chronically in a population of Wistar rats. The dataset contains all the data from a sample of 56 Wistar rats (females and males). These data include the prepulses, pulses and phase of the estrous cycle in which the females were in the different prepulse inhibition sessions.
