| Sumario: | The purpose of this research is Teacher Instruction in Information and Communication Technologies ICT (Formación del Profesorado en Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación. TIC) We specifically focus our interest in the instruction of teachers at the university to work with Virtual Environments of Teaching and Learning.Methodologically, it is centered in the cualitative paradigm and the research strategy was the case study. The roles that a teacher should modify or acquire when he supports his teaching in the V.E.T.L. were researched; from there an instruction plan that would allow to fulfil those instruction needs was designed.Three cases in which teachers taught supported in virtual environments of instruction were analyzed; each one was performed in different subjects of study such as present, semipresent and distance modalities. After data was analyzed, three blocks of conclusions are proposed and an instruction plan for teachers in ICT was designed. |
