| Sumario: | [EN] The objective of this Master Thesis is the proposal of a Municipal Sports Hall Emergency Plan. This plan will include the performance of public events such as concerts withstanding the public, concerts with the seated public, popular meals, etc. The current Spanish Regulations regarding Emergency Plans (Decree 32/2014, Decree 143/2015 and Law 14/2010) establish the obligation to draw up an Emergency and Evacuation Plan. The Emergency Plan must include all the activities carried out in the building, including the public concurrence activities. The Emergency Plan has followed the Spanish Standard for Self-Protection Plans: Royal Decree 393/2007 and Royal Decree 1468/2008. These regulations approve the establishments and dependencies dedicated to activities that may give rise to emergencies. |
