Different colours, tastes andtextures; careful, laborious preparation for few hours’ pleaser,all set on a neutral base, almost bereft of furniture. Evocation of essentialty. The removed stone is returned inthe form of walls, embankments and pavements. Steel pipeshold up and shape the marquee, while the dense, transparentmembrane provides shelter from the sun and the rain. Evocation of the future. Out there, where virtual images andreal images become blurred. The future emerges from thisplace but the answers are universal. Contemporary, sustainableanswers. Living in a celebration. A gathering for an event whichevokes time, outdoor living, the culinary arts, essentialityand the future. |
