| Sumario: | The praesumptio muciana, a complex Roman rule of law, the interpretation of which continues to be debated, survives only in Catalan law. Article 23 of the 1960 Compilation of the Special Civil Law of Catalonia retained the presumption, albeit with some changes, until the 1984 reform with the same structure and, apparently, the same purpose as in Roman law, where it had previously undergone a certain evolution. Traducción al castellano: la praesumptio muciana, figura romana compleja y de perfiles todavía en discusión, sólo pervive en el Derecho catalán, pues el artículo 23 de la Compilación del Derecho Civil Especial de Cataluña de 1960, aunque con ciertas variaciones, la mantiene hasta la reforma de 1984 con la misma estructura y, en apariencia, finalidad que en el Derecho romano, en el que ya experimenta una evolución. |
