Specifically, the paper draws from the four pilots organised between 2021-2022 and the 15 focus groups and 197 semi-structured individual interviews conducted in 2020 across the following four EU Member States: Italy, Spain, Poland, and Greece. The historical background and the socio-political and cultural context of each country configure a unique local context for each pilot case.
