| Sumario: | We present here an updated synthesis on the archaeological evidence found at the "minor" paleolithic sites located at the Ardines Massif. These sites, in fact far from being minor in themselves, provide us with an appropriate context to better understand the archaeological content of the Tito Bustillo cave. The analysis of this reality confirms the continuity of the local human settlement throughout the Upper Paleolithic in thi massif, and its cultural setting to this geographic area through the decoration of the underground spaces of Ardines since the beginnings of this period. |
