The assemblage comprises both manually driven rotary querns and larger millstones at times on podia driven from a standing position. This study also advances several spatial, economic and social analysis considerations, as well as an analysis of the seeds collected in the vicinity of one on the mills.This research has been carried out in the framework of Research Project ‘Resistencia y asimilación: la implantación romana en la Alta Andalucía.
