| Resumo: | The human right to water has generated broad debates and ambivalence, both in its theoretical conceptualization and its recognition as well as in its practical realization. Last February 2018 the European Commission presented the proposal for revision and modification of Directive 98/83 / EC, which in response to the European Citizen Initiative Right2Water includes a forecast regarding the right to water.
