Sumario:Many facts happened during the 5th decade of the first century of our age allow us to claim that Emperor Claudius was who decided to use miner resources from the Peninsular North.Some of them we must highlight this territory's desmilitarization, militar districts extinction, reagruping of troops, legionary fields use, restructuring of soldier functions, legionaries and auxiliaries presence in these miner territories, coinage finalisation in Roman Spain and the legal conventos iuridici, with all its consequences.
