| Sumario: | We present the case of a 30-year-old caucasian woman referred to our center with an 8-month-history of fatigue and malaise, along with interscapular pain and upper limb and jaw claudication the last 3 weeks. Physical examination revealed asymmetry of non-invasive blood pressure measurements between both arms, and an ejection systolic bruit in aortic area irradiating to carotids and interscapular area. Laboratory tests showed anemia, thrombocytosis, and elevation of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (125 mm/h). |
