Descripción
Sumario:This study analyses the European system of mutual recognition of professional qualifications, according to Directive 2005/36/EC, in relation with the administrative and judicial protection of rights, in the context of administrative cooperation among EU member states. The legal and judicial analysis on the recognition of professional qualifications centers on specific issues related to the judicial protection of transnational acts through modalities of mutual recognition. Directive 2013/36/EU reinforces in a significant way the administrative and judicial protection of rights, of the applicant and of the recipients of the services, in the broader context of cooperation and assistance instruments of the Internal Market
