Descripción
Sumario:The Concòrdia is the grouping of outcrops of Jurassic volcanic materials located southermost of the Iberian System. It is placed in northern Llíria municipality, Valencia province (Spain). It is formed by five outcrops, next to each other, and stratigraphically located at the top of the Calizas nodulosas de Casinos Fm. and in the lower part of the Calizas del Pedregal Fm. Between those formations is placed the aalenian unconformity of regional extension. They represent four volcanic phases, developed throughout the time, and associated with the block-faulting of the carbonate platform of the southwestern margin of the Iberian Trough. Two of them are the pyroclasts filling of tectonic grabens, developed in favour of NE-SW and NW-SE faults. These faults have produced tilted faulted blocks and the development of unconformities of local extension
