Sumario:[EN] Mortgage foreclosures are one of the most important and tragic social manifestations of the impact of the housing crisis that began in 2007. Its observation from a different geographic and multiscale focus discovers its special intensity in many coastal or mountai tourist areas and certain metropolitan peripheries, there where the excesses of urbanization process and the associated costs and risks were higher, or where the most vulnerable to the crisis social groups are concentrated. This paper draws the map of foreclosures in Spain since the beginning of the economic crisis and proposes an interpretation of its contrasts
