| Sumario: | In response to a business context characterized by change, a large number of approaches from different areas of knowledge has developed in the literature without an integrative framework. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive overview of change management literature. Taking as its basis a bibliometric study on change management, this article offers a classification of these approaches that provides an overview of the current state of the research on the role of managers in change management. Four hundred and ninety-three scientific documents (1333 keywords and 883 authors) were retrieved from the Web of Science database from 2013 to 2022. Our results identify three main topics underlying change management literature: organizational change, management and performance. The theoretical and practical implications of each dimension are analyzed and allow us to propose a classification of the literature on corporate change management. Furthermore, the implications of sustainability are also explained. |
