Sumario:Anaximander successfully speculated about the origin of the cosmos: an initial explosion which condensated fragments form the stars. He also worked as an empirical astronomer who observed with a helioscope the Sun's gaseous surface and its protuberances. He observed Solar and Lunar expectrums of light, probably working with certain set of pinhole cameras that he could optimize with fitted mirrors.
