Descripción
Sumario:This chapter makes a deep and important diachronic review of the European regulatory and competence framework for Unaccompanied migrant minors’ legislation. It does it from the first normative until today. We have identified the binding legislative sources affecting unaccompanied migrant minors and have also identified and commented on non-binding European legislation, because it is precisely in this legislation that these minors are explicitly referred to. This chapter shows that the legislation is really alive on this matter, shifting along the years, changing the concept and the way of intervention that EU states should perform in regard to the unaccompanied migrant minors that arrive to the EU.
