Descripción
Sumario:[EN] This article reconstructs some of the fundamental lines that constitute the philosophical-political program of ordoliberalism and its impact on the process of European integration. In this article, the ethical and political consequences of ordoliberal ideas regarding the role of the State and the function of the market are analyzed through its key representatives and no-tions. In addition, a diagnosis of the ordoliberal matrix that inspires the policy of the European Union is elaborated from the perspective of a new disciplinary constitutionalism whose ob-jective is to free national policies from democratic and social control through their attribution to supranational legal frameworks.
