| Sumario: | [EN] The purpose of the project is to propose to the company Kalmar alternatives to the design of the layout of the new warehouse where they will perform the integral maintenance of maintenance vehicles typical of port services. The project is developed for a company that is dedicated to perform integral maintenance of means of maintenance of port services. To carry out the work has had to make different meetings with professionals from the sector and company staff (managers) to explain what needs they needed to cover the project. In addition, once the proposal has been made, the design of the layout has been made in a simulation model in order to understand more effectively the problem presented by the company. Once understood and they returned to realize some meetings with personnel of the affected company, but this time it was with operarios to see what problematic saw them. With all this, a conceptual map was made with which to develop the different alternatives proposed for a later analysis and selection of the best proposal to be implemented by the company. Because we have to make a decision for a set of solutions that have multiple evaluation criteria, we have decided that AHP is the best way to make this decision. The document will be structured following this scheme. After the introductory chapter, the company in which it is carried out will be described, then during the point of the alternatives to the design of the layout a conceptual map will be presented from which the different alternatives have been obtained, the different designs that will be evaluated and how the best alternative has been selected and evaluated. this has been done from a multicriteria selection being evaluated through an AHP model. In order to solve it, a simulation software called Super Decisions has been used. Finally, the implementation plan to be followed by the company Kalmar Global (Valencia facilities) to carry out this project will be considered.
