Given the global awareness of the need to propose new forms of development, architecture and urbanism have worked on different models of change that can respond to the needs of humanity on a planet of finite resources. Vernacular architecture and its settlements have become a source of knowledge and a lesson in sustainability when facing the challenges of the future.
