Descripción
Sumario:[EN] The new guidelines imposed under the implementation of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) in the degrees has led to the introduction of numerous changes in the subjects taught in Grades. Specifically, the continuous assessment system has improved the performance of students due to closer monitoring of all work done inside and outside the classroom. The aim of the present paper is to analyze the problems of the subject named Political Economy which is taught in the first semester of the Degree in Management and Public Administration. Its continued performance remains well below the average of other subjects of the degree, even despite a fundamental review of its content and evaluation system. Conducting a survey of students in the course 14/15 has led to clarifiers results of the causes of the low scores obtained.
