| Sumario: | Local urbanistic mercantile societies do not suppose any improvement in the urbanistic action derived of the mission of action that could produce the matrix administration, this societies are not gifted or prepared to transact and elevate an approval to the competent administrative organisim. The planning instruments, projects of urbanization, projects of services, to how to archieve the best success in the results respect the instruments of ejecution of planning transacted by the urbanisim management as autonomous organisims. A singuar problem present in urbanistic municipal societies is precisely as we have explained along the doctoral thesis the transact of material or technique activities of preparatory character of admistratives decisores. Under our point of view it can be accepted when measures of control are instructed to garanty the objectivity in the service of interes and complete submission to the ordinandes as for example could be to arbitrate that the competent administrative organisim assing reasonable note of conformity or disconformity about the action of the municipal society assuming the responsability of this action. Another singular problematic presents the posibility that the municipal society (private or mix) take care of practice notifications. |
