Descrição
Resumo:[Data availability] The time-course expression data of Arabidopsis thaliana are accessible in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) repository under the accession IDs GSE221846 and GSE43865. The time-course RNA-seq normalized data for the potato model were retrieved from BioProject PRJNA744935 in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) database. The time-course qPCR data for the poplar models were retrieved from [4] and microarray data for PRR5 from ArrayExpress database under the accession number E-MEXP-2509. The PRR5 data for poplar in LD photoperiod were interpolated using the PRR5 data in ND photoperiod to match the PRR5 phase of Arabidopsis in LD photoperiod. High-resolution RNA-seq time course for tomato has been deposited at Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under the accession number SUV14820018.
